During normal business:
Our policy, other than via our website, but during either corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or working directly with Strata Safety Solutions Ltd, we respect our clients privacy and that of its employees.
For ongoing contracts, in most cases, a service agreement will have security details included.
For one off services, such as training, you may provide details such as, your address, your contact details and the names of trainees, but once the service has been provided, these details are normally discarded.
